On a bright autumn day, our annual Autumn Tournament took place recently, a fun internal tournament organized by our tournament committee (ToCo) 🤩. This tournament is open to all our teams and is always a great activity in the fall. The ToCo always manages to make it special by coming up with a creative theme, and this year, everyone entered the enchanting world of ‘Fantasy Land’ 🧚. The result? A sports field full of magical creatures, from Smurfs and princesses to butterflies and fairies.
In addition to the exciting matches, the ToCo added extra magic with creative challenges where teams could earn extra points. Everyone was challenged to film their most ‘magical serve’, make a beer disappear in the most original way, or capture their team yell. These challenges not only resulted in hilarious and creative videos but also a lot of fun during the breaks 😝. In between, participants could enjoy a delicious snack break, where warm bites were served – the perfect energy boost to keep going 💪.
After a day full of sports, fantasy, and fun, it was time for the awards ceremony. The winning teams were rewarded with a magical drink, and of course, there was also a special prize for the team with the best outfit. This year, the Smurfs took home the honor, thanks to their colorful and cheerful appearance 😍.
The Autumn Tournament was once again a huge success and a fantastic day for everyone who participated. The ToCo has set the bar high, and we’re already looking forward to their next event: the ‘Night Tournament’ ✨. The preparations can’t start soon enough, because if it’s as fun as the Autumn Tournament, it’s sure to be another hit 🥳!
