The Technical Committee (TC) is responsible for implementing and further developing the association's technical policy. At the start of the season, they organize the Open Practices. During these practices, they speak with potential new members and actively scout for talent. After the Open Practices, they form the teams for the upcoming season.
Each team is assigned a contact person within the TC, who serves as a point of contact for questions, challenges, or suggestions. Throughout the season, the TC evaluates team performance with both trainers and players, ensuring everything runs smoothly. An essential role within the association!
